First Aid training coursesFirst Aid TrainingCory Jones Associates specialises in first aid training. We are a small professional organisation registered with the Health and Safety Executive to deliver courses in the same way Red Cross and St Johns Ambulance are approved to deliver first aid.

Our strength is our trainers who follow a nationally approved programme to deliver fun, interactive and relevant training for specific groups of workers.

All our courses are approved by relevant bodies and are bespoke for the work place in which you are employed.

Our courses are openly and competitively priced. Prices include the cost of course manual and certificates. We do not charge VAT. All our certificates are valid for three years.

What we offerOutdoor Emergency First Aid and Incident Management
Focuses on managing incidents both on-site and away from your base. Appropriate if your work or leisure place is remote. Course covers validation of NGB awards – MLTB, SPA, BCU, RYA, NNAS, BOF. Suitable for School Journey Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator, minibus driver.

First Aid RecoveryPediatric – Primary school, pre-school, child minders
This course is designed for all of those employed or involved in looking after young people under the age of 8. We understand your working environment and cover all the common ailments as well as serious, potentially life threatening situations. This course was developed in conjunction with Sure Start and OFSTED to meet the first aid requirements of those working with young children.

Standard First Aid at Work
Employers need to provide First Aid care on their premises for staff and have a duty of care towards all visitors and users of their facilities. This statutory course complies with the current Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Employers have a legal obligation to make First Aid provision for their employees. Many organisations send one or two individuals on these courses.

Appointed Persons
This is a lifesaver course, covering the needs of the 'Appointed Person' in the workplace.

Expedition first aid
For overseas travellers or leaders heading to altitude or jungle .

For those in their workplace who deliver first aid training or for people looking to work as freelance first aid trainers. Come along and join our team. The course cost includes after course support whilst you develop your training skills and courses.
