New first aid course dates announced
First Aid training through Immediate Temporary Care (ITC)
We provide innovative first aid training for those whose need training suited to their unique, unusual or special environment.
Courses suitable for
• Outdoor people who work or play away from immediate help
• The Education environment (School, College or University staff)
• Travel and Tourism industry
• Agriculture, Forestry or Rural Environments
• Ecological and environmental consultants
• Ranger services
Immediate Temporary Care (ITC) is an HSE approved first aid training organisation which is widely used and respected by outdoor and educational professionals alike. ITC courses provide interactive hands on training of outstanding quality. They are modular and progressive, equipping the learner with a safe and systematic approach equally applicable to remote as well as urban situations.
Module 1: Emergency Action. (8 hours) £50 per head
A one day practical course including First Responder skills; injury, systems approach; CPR. Skills to deal with a life threatening incident when an experienced First Aider is not available.
Syllabus covers the needs of the ‘Appointed Person’ in the workplace.
Module 2: Emergency. (16 hours) £95 per head
The second day builds on the Emergency Action content, covering the needs of the outdoor national governing bodies for their instructor awards.
Suitable for; ML, SPA, BCU, RYA, BOF, MIA, MIC etc.
It is our aim to make first aid training enjoyable, systematic and relevant to your needs.
We use 1 Trainer per 12 course members
Special rates are available for groups at their own venue
