What do I do if I am remote?
Courses can be delivered at your venue.
This is a 16 hours course approved by Qualification and Curriculum Authority(QCA). Cory Jones Associates works with ITC First Aid which is a recognised Awarding Body, accredited by QCA that has approved to deliver Outdoor First Aid courses.
QCA has accredited this course to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) at Level 2.
Candidates need to complete and pass both mandatory units to achieve the Outdoor First Aid qualification;

Our Outdoor First Aid courses are benchmarked against current National Occupational Standards, are well resourced, tailed to your specific needs, use modern training methods and are delivered by approved trainers. Candidates recieve a recognised certificate valid for 3 years.
Cory Jones Associates is approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) as a recognised First Aid provider as part of their First Aid Approvals & Monitoring Section (FAAMS). Approval number 1670/96.

First Aid for expedition leaders going to high, cold, hot, jungle environmentsExpedition first aid is a three day course, the first two days of which are Unit 1 and 2 of the outdoor emergency course.
Day 3 is focused on overseas including hygiene on expeditions, going to altitude, cold or hot environments. This day can be delivered focusing on your expedition environment.
